This ham is fast becoming one of our most popular Christmas favourites and has won 2 Craft Butchers of Ireland Awards! This boneless ham is cured instore by Gleesons. We then smother it with brown sugar and honey and place in a handy cooking bag and place in a foil tray. You roast it gently in the bag and simply carve it when cooked with no waste at all.

Cooking instructions

Remove the outer film and place the ham, in it’s cooking bag on a tray, into the oven.

For 1.3kg roast for 2 hours at 140 C, for 1.6kg roast for 130 minutes, for 2.4kg roast for 150 minutes.

Take care when opening the cooking bag as the juices will be very hot. Simply carve & enjoy!
