Our Turkey Crown Hamper is a delicious family favourite for celebrating Christmas. It’s enough for 10-12 people with plenty for leftovers! The turkey is a lean boneless crown which is easy to carve with no waste. The ham is a large Gleeson’s award-winning low-salt home cured ham.
Cooking instructions
Turkey
Our turkey crowns come in a cooking bag which we recommend for the most succulent turkey. The oven should be preheated to 170c and it will take approximately 140 minutes to roast your turkey crown. As all ovens vary please ensure that the turkey is cooked by checking that the juices run clear.
Ham
Our homecured ham will come in a cooking bag in an oven ready tray. You should preheat your oven to 140c and place the oven ready tray directly into the oven for 130 minutes.…simply carve & enjoy!
You can cook your ham the night before if you wish.
