The Terms & Conditions applies to this Site and all products and services offered by Gleeson Meats (Donaghmeade) LTD, 2 Coolmine Business Park, Blanchardstown, Dublin 15, Ireland.

We want to be fair and clear in the way we do business so we have set out a list of terms and conditions for the website.  These Terms will be applied fully and affect your use of this Website.

You should read these terms and conditions and if you do not agree with them you should not use this website.  We may change these terms and conditions from time to time but we will notify you of any significant change.   Please discontinue your use of this website if you do not agree with any new terms and conditions.

Personal Details

You must be 18 years old to be allowed to make a purchase on this website.  You must ensure that the details that you enter into the website are correct.  You should review our privacy policy for more details on how data is managed and protected.

The personal data entered by the data subject (you) are collected and stored exclusively for internal use by the controller (Gleeson Butchers), and for your own purposes. Financial details
If you wish to make an automated payment in order to purchase any goods or to donate we will require your credit card number and expiry date. Your financial information is used solely for this purpose. Your financial information will be passed directly to a credit card processing company (Realex Payments). No record of your financial information will be held on this site or otherwise by us following the processing of your payment. The credit card processing company does not use, share, retain or store this information for any purpose, other than to process your payment for the above purpose.

Gift Vouchers

You can purchase gift vouchers on Gleeson Butchers Website.  You are responsible for making sure that the correct details are entered.  The gift voucher will be posted out to the stated address within 5 working days.  Gift vouchers cannot be used online and must be used in one of our 5 Gleeson Butchers stores.

Product Delivery to Groups

Gleeson Butchers will make deliveries to “groups” at an agreed time and location.  For these purposes a group is defined as having at least 10 members.  Each group must have a “group leader” who is available for contact should it be required with Gleeson Butchers.

The group must have an agreed fixed delivery location where Gleeson butchers can make a delivery.

While we have no delivery charge we do need to have a minimum spend of €20 per customer.

Because of the nature of our business and the different pack and product sizes that people require the image of the product may be slightly different to the product details.  Please read the product details correctly as this is the product you would be receiving.

Other than your own information, under these Terms, Gleeson Meats and/or its licensors own all the intellectual property rights and materials contained in this Website.  You are granted limited license only for purposes of viewing the material contained on this Website.

Restrictions

You are specifically restricted from all of the following:

• publishing any Website material in any other media;
• selling, sublicensing and/or otherwise commercializing any Website material;
• publicly performing and/or showing any Website material;
• using this Website in any way that is or may be damaging to this Website;
• using this Website in any way that impacts user access to this Website;
• using this Website contrary to applicable laws and regulations, or in any way may cause harm to the Website, or to any person or business entity;
• engaging in any data mining, data harvesting, data extracting or any other similar activity in relation to this Website;
• using this Website to engage in any advertising or marketing.

Certain areas of this Website are restricted and Gleeson Meats may further restrict access by you to any areas of this Website, at any time, in absolute discretion. When you register for this website you will be given a password.  It is your responsibility to keep this password confidential.

Coupons

When you print out a Gleeson Butchers coupon you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of our coupons.  The printed coupons are only redeemable instore and not online.

No coupon should be copied or circulated without permission from Gleeson Butchers.  You must not deface or alter the coupon in anyway.  You can forward the link to another person and they can print our their own coupon.

Only one coupon can be used per purchase and coupons can only be used for the purpose they were intended for.  Coupons must be used before they expire and Gleeson Butchers retain the right to make changes to new coupons at any point.

General Terms

Gleeson Meats is permitted to revise these Terms at any time as it sees fit, and by using this Website you are expected to review these Terms on a regular basis.

These terms constitute the agreement between Gleeson Meats and you in relation to your use of this Website and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

You must indemnify Gleeson Meats from and against any liabilities, costs, demands, causes of action, damages and expenses arising in any way related to a breach of these terms and conditions.

If one of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid it will not automatically mean that any other term or condition is invalid.

You must operate within Irish laws.  If you are accessing this website for a different country you must abide by the laws of that country.

Sometimes events out of our control will happen.  If this is the case and it impacts our business with you we will update you on these happenings.

No warranties

This Website is provided “as is,” with all faults, and Gleeson Meats express no representations or warranties, of any kind related to this Website or the materials contained on this Website. Also, nothing contained on this Website shall be interpreted as advising you.

Limitation of liability
