Our Boned & Rolled Turkey Crown is a great choice for Christmas dinner if you’re cooking for a large number of people. Remember you’ll want plenty for leftovers! The turkey is lean boneless breast meat so it’s easy to carve with no waste.
Our turkeys come in a cooking bag in an oven ready tray. The turkey may also have an oven ready timer which will “pop” when your turkey is ready. The oven should be preheated to 140c and it will take approximately 200 minutes to roast your boned and rolled turkey. As all ovens vary please ensure that your turkey is cooked by checking that the juices run clear at the thickest point.
