Our Boned & Rolled Turkey Crown hamper is the perfect choice for a large number of people for dinner, it’s enough for at least 12 people with plenty for leftovers! The turkey is lean boneless breast meat so easy to carve with no waste. The ham is a large Gleesons award-winning low-salt home cured ham.
Cooking instructions
Turkey
Our boned and rolled turkey comes in a cooking bag which we recommend for best results. The oven should be preheated to 170c and it will take 190- 200 minutes to roast your turkey. As all ovens vary please ensure that your turkey is cooked by checking that the juices run clear as the thickest point.
Ham
Our homecured ham will come in a cooking bag. You should preheat your oven to 140c and place the ham in a tray into the oven at 140 degrees for 150 minutes. As all ovens vary please make sure that the meat is cooked through before serving….simply carve & enjoy!
