Our Boned & Rolled Turkey Crown (3.2-3.4kg) is a great choice for Christmas dinner if you’re cooking for a large number of people. Remember you’ll want plenty for leftovers! The turkey is lean boneless breast meat so it’s easy to carve with no waste.
Cooking instructions
Our turkeys come in a cooking bag. The oven should be preheated to 170c and it will take approximately 190-200 minutes to roast your boned and rolled turkey in the cooking bag in a tray. As all ovens vary please ensure that your turkey is cooked by checking that the juices run clear at the thickest point.
